Frequently Asked Questions
1. I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Customers should receive an order confirmation upon placing their order. If you have not received an email confirmation, first check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email is still missing, it is possible your email was entered incorrectly at checkout — email us at email@example.com so we can locate your confirmation and forward it to the correct address.
2. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
Absolutely, if for any reason an item just isn’t quite right, we happily offer free returns and a full refund. To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly. Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply. If you would like to simply exchange an item for a different size or colour please email email@example.com with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly.
3. I AM UNSURE HOW THE GARMENTS WILL FIT ON ME?
We have tried to provide the most concise sizing information for each style. Quite a few of our styles are intended to have a loose, relaxed fit. Given individual bodies and personal preferences vary if you are unsure about the sizing of a specific garment, we are only to happy to help, so please send us an email before ordering firstname.lastname@example.org
4. I AM INTERESTED IN AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK.
We aim to keep all of our garments available for order, but occasionally due to demand a style, size or colour may be unavailable. Please contact us at email@example.com for an update on availability or to have an item reserved for you once back in stock.
5. WHERE IS YOUR SHOP LOCATED AND WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING HOURS?
Our shop is located in the heart of the famed Eumundi Markets. Make a day of it and visit the markets too, on either a Wednesday or Saturday 8am to 2pm. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 9.30am to 3pm. Kelsey Collective Eumundi Emporium, Shop 1/88 Memorial Drive, Eumundi, Queensland.
6. I SAW A GARMENT IN YOUR RETAIL SHOP HOWEVER IT DOESN’T APPEAR ON THE WEBSITE?
Often we trial new designs in store before introducing them to our website. If you have seen something in store and would like to arrange a purchase we can certainly help you. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
